Ethan Hawke, Emma Watson star in 'Regression'

“Regression,” which means an act of going back stars Ethan Hawke and Emma Watson at the backdrop of Minnesota, 1990. The film follows detective Bruce Kenner (Hawke) investigating the case of young Angela (Watson), who accuses her father, John Gray (David Dencik), of an unspeakable crime. Director Alejandro Amenábar returns to the big screen with “Regression,” which represents a return to suspense, the genre of his feature film debut in 1996 (“Thesis”). Inspired by a wave of events that occurred in the United States during the eighties, the film is both “a reflection on evil and an exploration of the shortcuts of the mind,” says producer Fernando Bovaira. The initial accusations that served as documentation for the writing of the screenplay arose within the context of growing political and religious power inside the United States, and later spread to the rest of the world with unequal intensity, even reaching the point where it was classified as a global conspiracy, and not only by the most sensationalistic sources.

Taylor Lautner on GQ Australia Oct/Nov 2011

Our favorite wolf, Taylor Lautner, covers GQ Australia October/November 2011 issue looking very business-like in a metallic blue jacket and black tie.

image

The 19-year-old star of Abduction and Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 sat down with GQ to talk about fame, obsession with cars, life after Twilight and that persistent gay rumor.

Now the highest-paid teenager in Hollywood (paid $7.5 million for Abduction), he is set to do Incarceron with either Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence or Emma Watson. Producers are reportedly choosing between the three.

How can a 19-year-old be so lucky?

Visit GQ Australia for more of the wolf, er, Taylor Lautner.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" – Final Trailer; J.K. Rowling's New Website Called "Pottermore"

Warner Bros. Pictures has just released the final trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. which is showing July 15, 2011 in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D. Directed by David Yates, the movie stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint.

Although fans of the series are much excited to see this final Harry Potter film, the question is, would it really be the last?

If you base it on the publication of the book, you would think that it is the last considering that it had been 5 years since the last book was published. But perhaps to tickle our fancy and to make us crave for more, the Harry Potter series' author J.K. Rowling came up with this new website called Pottermore.

With the words Potter and more, I'm sure fans all over are going gaga over this one. Especially that it is has two more words below it. Coming soon.
